Booking Policies

Full payment is required at booking to reserve a Fall Edit and installation week.

A reservation is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

Cancel at least 7 days before the confirmed installation window: 100% refund, no cancellation fee.

Cancel 3–6 days before installation: no cash refund, but the full amount paid may be applied as Porch in Seasons credit toward another available Fall 2026 installation.

Cancel less than 72 hours before installation: payment is non-refundable because seasonal products may already have been purchased, curated and allocated to the installation.

If Porch in Seasons must cancel and cannot reasonably reschedule the installation: 100% refund.

Customers should contact Porch in Seasons as soon as possible.

Rescheduling is subject to installation capacity, delivery routes and seasonal product availability.

Requests made less than 72 hours before installation may not be accommodated.

Porch in Seasons may adjust installation dates due to rain, high winds, unsafe conditions or weather that could affect the team, customer property or installation quality.

Weather-related changes made by Porch in Seasons do not constitute a cancellation.

The installation will be moved to the next reasonable available window.

Customers do not need to be present if the installation area is safely accessible.

Customers must provide necessary gate codes, access instructions and information about pets or access restrictions.

If the installation area cannot be safely accessed because of a preventable obstruction, the installation may need to be rescheduled and an additional delivery fee may apply.

Every Fall Edit is one of a kind. Pumpkins and gourds are natural seasonal products.

Exact varieties, colors, shapes, sizes, textures and quantities vary based on seasonal availability.

Photography and style selections represent the overall aesthetic, palette and level of fullness, not an exact product guarantee.

Porch in Seasons may substitute comparable varieties while maintaining the overall design intent and value of the selected Edit.

Porch in Seasons selects seasonal products for quality at the time of delivery and installation.

Pumpkins and gourds are natural perishable products. Their lifespan may be affected by heat, direct sunlight, moisture, pests and other environmental conditions.

Porch in Seasons cannot guarantee how long individual pumpkins or gourds will last after installation.

If a product appears damaged or compromised at the time of installation, customers should contact Porch in Seasons within 24 hours and provide a photograph for review.

Porch in Seasons may design around and reposition customer-owned décor when requested.

Porch in Seasons will not permanently alter or attach customer property without permission.

Removal includes pumpkins, gourds and seasonal products originally provided by Porch in Seasons that remain at the installation area.

Removal does not include customer-owned décor, furniture, planters, trash or unrelated materials.

The area must be accessible during the scheduled removal window.
