When you reserve a Fall Edit we collect your name, email address, mobile number, installation address, any access instructions you provide and the photographs you upload of the area to be styled.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. Porch in Seasons does not store full card numbers.

To schedule, curate, deliver and install your Fall Edit, to confirm your installation date, to process payment and refunds, and to contact you about your reservation.

We may use aggregate, non-identifying information to plan delivery routes and seasonal inventory.

Photographs you upload are used to plan your installation.

We only publish images of a finished installation when you have given optional permission at checkout, and we never publish your name, exact address or personally identifying information.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example our payment processor and email provider — and only as needed to complete your reservation, or when required by law.

We keep reservation records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax and accounting requirements.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.

You may withdraw photography permission at any time by contacting us.
