Porch in Seasons is operated by Dynasty Go Solutions, 7362 Remcon Circle #38, El Paso, TX 79912. Reservations are also subject to our Booking Policies.
Who we are
Porch in Seasons is a seasonal porch styling and curated delivery service operating in the El Paso, Texas area.
Services
We curate and deliver seasonal pumpkins and gourds and, with our professionally styled Edit packages, design and install the display at your entrance.
The Porch Drop is a delivery-only service; the customer styles their own display.
End-of-Season Removal is an optional add-on service.
Reservations and payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve an Edit and an installation week.
A reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
Prices, delivery fees and add-ons are shown before payment.
Scheduling
Customers select a requested installation week, not an exact date or time.
Exact dates are scheduled based on our El Paso delivery routes and confirmed in advance.
Cancellations, weather, access and product variation
These are governed by our Booking Policies, which form part of these terms and are accepted at checkout.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate address details, safe access to the installation area, and any gate codes, parking notes or information about pets or restrictions.
Once installed, the seasonal display is the customer's property and is cared for by the customer.
Liability
Porch in Seasons takes care when working at your property. Our liability for any claim arising from a reservation is limited to the amount paid for that reservation, except where limiting liability is not permitted by law.
Pumpkins and gourds are natural perishable products and their longevity after installation is not guaranteed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in effect at the time of your reservation apply to that reservation.
